New Zealand Shipping Only

We currently ship orders within New Zealand. If you are located outside New Zealand and would like to purchase one of our tea towels, please contact us at info@omahashorebirds.co.nz and we will do our best to assist you.

Order Processing
All tea towel orders are processed by volunteers, and we aim to dispatch items within 7–10 working days; however, processing times may vary during busy periods or due to volunteer availability.

Shipping Method
Orders are sent via Economy Tracked New Zealand Post delivery.

Shipping Rate
We charge a flat shipping rate of $10.00 NZD for a standard-sized parcel. This will usually cover an order of up to four tea towels. If your order is larger or exceeds the standard parcel size, we may contact you before dispatch to discuss any additional freight costs. We will always let you know about any additional cost before sending your order.

Delivery Timeframes
NZ Post advise “Delivery target: Up to 3 working days. (This is a guide only).” Please allow plenty of time when ordering if you need your tea towel by a particular date.

Order Confirmation
Customers will receive an automatic payment confirmation, and a separate text or email from our volunteers once the order has been prepared for dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order does not arrive within 20 working days of dispatch, please contact us, and we will do our best—within our limited volunteer capacity—to resolve the issue or provide a replacement where possible.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@omahashorebirds.co.nz as soon as possible, preferably with photographs of the packaging and the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery details are correct; we cannot replace or refund items shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Returns and Refunds
As this is a fundraising item, we are generally unable to offer returns or refunds, except in cases of damage or error on our part.
